Mr Kempler has served as Chairman of our Board of Directors since November 1997, between November 1997 and August 2004 he served as our Chief Executive Officer, and in June 2005 he again assumed the position of Chief Executive Officer.  Mr. Kempler is one of the founders of our company.  Mr. Kempler is a qualified psychologist.  Mr. Kempler, who has extensive experience in investment and business development, has managed our operations to date and has been responsible for the implementation of our strategic plan and the commercialization of our technology.  Mr. Kempler holds a B.Sc degree in science from Monash University and Grad. Dip. App. Soc. Psych. degree from Swinburne University.
