Mr Revelins has served as our Company Secretary since February 2000 and was appointed Chief Financial Officer of our company in June 2004.  Mr. Revelins is an executive director and principal of Peregrine Corporate Limited, an Australian-based investment bank.  Mr. Revelins has held senior positions in international merchant banks and is currently a director of a number of public companies, including Mintails Limited and Mining Project Group Limited, both of which are listed on the ASX, as well as a number of private companies.  Mr. Revelins holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from Monash University, Melbourne.  Mr. Revelins serves as our Chief Financial Officer on a part-time basis and devotes approximately one to two work days a week to such position.
