Ms Angus has served as our Chief Operating Officer since May 31, 2007. Prior to that, Ms. Angus served as Vice President of Intellectual Property and Licensing of our company from August 2002 and was promoted to Senior Vice President of Business Development, Intellectual Property and Research in July 2004. From June 2000 to August 2002, as director of her consulting company, Ms. Angus provided strategic business development technology evaluation and intellectual property services to biotechnology companies.  Ms. Angus has worked in the commercial biotechnology sector for over 16 years, directing product valuation, acquisition and product licensing. During such time, Ms. Angus has managed large and diverse intellectual property portfolios, conducting global patent and trademark prosecution, contract rights and enforcement. Ms. Angus has also negotiated many commercial licenses, research and product development agreements and has undertaken due diligence assessments on several biotechnology companies for investment brokers. Ms. Angus holds a Science (Honors) degree, a masters degree in Biotechnology and is a registered Australian Patent and Trade Mark Attorney.
